SHIPPING POLICY
Tiffany Fluhme Beauty + Well Online accepts only orders billed and shipped to locations in the United States (this includes APO/FPO, PO Boxes, and U.S. Territories). Most Tiffany Fluhme Beauty + Well orders are shipped within 24 hrs. on business days Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 7-14 business days from the order’s ship date. Please review the information for shipping options below and select the one that works best for you.

All shipments to APO/FPO and PO Boxes –Items shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses will be be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd day or overnight priority service.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories -Fluhme Beauty accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands. Restrictions may apply.
Priority Shipping methods, overnight or 2nd day service are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Tiffany Fluhme Beauty + Well online purchase within 30 days from receipt of your order, follow these instructions:
Simply return your product and we will be happy to credit your account with the full amount of the purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase for another Tiffany Fluhme Beauty + Well product, please indicate the new product you are requesting.
Please note that you will be charged for shipping your new product. Please follow the instructions on the enclosed invoice with your shipment to complete your return or exchange.
