Tiffany’s Beauty Rx: My Cozy September Edit

September is one of my favorite months — the air cools down, the pace shifts, and everything feels just a little cozier. But while fall means warm blankets, hot drinks, and nights spent curled up with a good book, it also means my skin is transitioning. After months of sun, sweat, and long days outdoors, it needs repair, comfort, and a fresh routine.

That’s why I created Beauty Rx — a monthly edit of what I’m really loving, using, and reaching for right now. Think of it as part skincare diary, part lifestyle guide. Here’s what’s making my September better.

Glow in Ten Minutes: The Red Light Mask

My go-to ritual for comfort and repair is the Red Light Mask. Ten minutes under its glow helps calm inflammation, boost collagen, and restore radiance. But it’s not just about skincare — it’s about how it makes me feel. When I slip it on at night, it signals that the day is winding down. I pair it with a blanket and a book, and it becomes a little pocket of calm just for me.

Bonus? Many people find that red light therapy can actually improve sleep, and I have to agree. It’s proof that self-care can truly be both beauty and wellness in one ritual. Shop our red light mask here for your own nightly wind-down ritual

Wrapped in Cozy Luxury

Skincare may start with serums and masks, but comfort is what turns routine into ritual. For me, that means blankets — plural. There’s just something about the weight and softness of a blanket that makes the entire process of washing, masking, and moisturizing feel indulgent. It’s like wrapping your skin (and your soul) in a hug.

My favorite blanket in this entire world is my chunky handmade Afghan by @thecozy.zory. Give her a follow on Instagram and check out her Etsy shop here.

The Story I Can’t Put Down

Part of my Beauty Rx is always sharing what I’m reading — because a cozy night isn’t complete without a good book. This month it’s The Last Letter by Rebecca Yarros. It’s moving, emotional, beautifully written — and exactly the kind of book you can lose yourself in with a cup of tea and a skincare mask on.

For me, pairing a calming skincare ritual with reading time is the ultimate form of self-care. It’s multitasking that doesn’t feel like multitasking — my skin is repairing, my mind is relaxing.

Comfort in a Cup

Speaking of tea, let’s talk fall drinks. While pumpkin spice gets all the attention this time of year, my personal favorite is a hot matcha latte with oat milk. Creamy, lightly sweet, and energizing without the crash, it’s the perfect pairing for fall nights. A cup in hand, a blanket over my shoulders, and the Red Light Mask glowing on my face — that’s my September vibe.

So there you have it — my Beauty Rx: September Edition. It’s a mix of skincare, comfort, and little luxuries that turn ordinary nights into restorative rituals. As the seasons change, I’ll be sharing a new edit each month: what I’m reaching for, what I’m reading, and the rituals that keep me grounded.

Until then, here’s to cozy nights, glowing skin, and finding comfort in the small things.
